My best meal prep is browning up ground meats with minced onions and portioning them out in freezer containers. Add to anything and cut out the time consuming, slightly messy part of a meal.

I love the fact you cook for your children wholesome dinners. Not freezer food probably unless you are really in a rush once in a while plus you freeze your extra food. My mother cooked daily for her 10 children and husband.

Baby girl is so sweet! My youngest is now 13, when my kids were babies I used to put them in a hiking backpack when I did meal prep. I'd clip a ring of toys to the frame, and they would hang out up there and play until they fell asleep 😂

We like to stock up on ground turkey (93%) freeze in 1b packs in ziploc bags flat raw, brown, and also make burger patties ahead. I also like to prep breakfast egg bites a d make sandwiches ahead for husband for work and freeze
