Thank you for being a relatable mom that talks about not being perfect and just being ok with where your at in your journey and learning to love yourself. I think for every mom out there especially with young ones is something we all struggle with. It was a gentle and sweet reminder to love yourself. I look forward to each of your videos!

I've been working out regularly since Oct or Nov. And o my goodness its AMAZING for post partum blues/ anxiety. The only thing keeping me sane these days, literally. I really miss workouts on my rest day(s). Love that you recommended movement! Even 10 minutes can really reset your mind and attitude.

Exactly what I needed! I’ve struggled since late fall last year with working out and eating well and have gained about 16-17 pounds. It’s so depressing because I was doing so well. I HAVE to remember to care for myself because no one is going to do it for me. Why do we as mom put ourselves last?! That’s it! Back to putting myself first because I know the benefits WILL trickle down through my family.

I have a 10 month old baby boy, and I have a heck of a schedule to get my stuff done. I wake up at 4:30, nurse, then workout. Then I get ready for work and I do my day. Im also in bed by 8:30 every night. It's just what works for me and my family

Happy Mother’s Day Tiffani I thought of you when I watched a documentary on Netflix called Meltdown, and because you live on the East coast. Hashimoto was brought up in the documentary. I’ve been a fan for so long, my first episode watching you was of you cleaning after you did a 3rd shift working as a nurse. I’m a Surgical Technologist & a mom so I definitely related and never stopped watching you.
I write everything down! I have small sheets of paper I write for each month! I lay them out at night for the next day! So I know what I have planned for that day! I also keep track of it in my notes’ section of my phone so I always have it w me or written down also! Def helps!!!

I watched this at about 2 am this morning. I couldnt sleep. When I saw ur Spinach and egg recipe, I decided I was going to make it for breakfast today. I did and to my surprise my son (21) said it looked good. He made a sandwich out of it. I was shocked AND so happy to see him eat something healthy for once. Thank you for what u do!

I did to bloodwork but not for that just thyroid and regular check up stuff but I think she chose this stuff based on my thyroid and postpartum stuff

Every little good thing you do for yourself will add up and it will help. You just need to find what works for you but making time for myself has helped me so much.
I'm on medication trying to get off right now, and I'm hoping to find a new doctor soon so hopefully they'll help me change my diet so I can get off the meds for good! You're such an inspiration and I'm coming up on some big changes and I can't wait to get started on getting myself back!!
