I couldn’t agree more! I remember this ride from when I was very very young, so it’s quite nostalgic for me. So happy to see it back!

I luv how Disney keeps reinventing the old rides. When I visited Disneyland back in 81, this ride was still 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

ya, and removing the really great rides like Splash Mnt cause it was deemed offensive. I am hoping the new CEO will listen to the public out cry and leave Splash mnt. If they really want to remove something offensive, my vote would be the Trump fig from hall of prez

yeah same here, ever since this ride I’ve been scared of animatronics under water . I have that fear sub mechanic phobia

I still miss the original leagues under the sea submarine voyage but this is definitely an improvement to the original finding Nemo ride replacement. Thank you for uploading and sharing!

I was thinking the same thing. I remember when 20,000 Leagues was at Disney World. If I remember correctly, it’s been a long time, we got attacked by the octopus near the end. They didn’t have a big event in this one hey. Still, looks amazing. So colorful and vibrant. Way brighter than leagues was.

Everytime I look at submarines it reminds me of my childhood when they had young lady sitting on the rocks in a mermaid costume. I do miss that.

Animatronics have gotten really advanced. Perhaps a very good mermaid animatronic would look great

I was once scared to death of getting inside of this submarine attraction. Of course I was five years old. And when I finally did go on it, it became my most favorite ride at Disneyland. When WDW Magic Kingdom closed 20,000 for good, it was heart broken. Please Mr. Iger, bring it back to the Magic Kingdom. Please sir!

SAME DUDE. Used to jump at it when I was little.

Fake or not, I would absolutely LOVE to go diving there. I as always scared shitless of the ocean, the vastness, the darkness, how deep it is, not knowing whats below you. But always loved the more shallow parts, where the water is crystal clear or super light blue, with coral reefs, color fish everywhere, see the light sand at the bottom. Could scuba diver all day.

When I was a kid in the 70s I remember this ride as 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Nautilus submarine ride. Looks like Disney has done some remodeling of the original ride.

I remember being on this ride when I was around 4 years old. This and the Roger Rabbit ride are the only rides I've ridden at Disneyland.

Same, but mostly because of the jumpscare. Lol

I think the old version with sharks, a giant squid and a sea serpent was better. Was at least somewhat scary and more interesting. I think this newer version should have at least featured a big finish like a whale.

Now I loved this ride when I was in disney world as a young kid and I'm planning on going back when I get the chance

Much better than the previous finding nemo ride, which was the only iteration of this ride I got to go on as a kid.

I remember trying to go on this in elementary school, but freaking tf out before I could even take two steps into the submarine. It was traumatizing then, but now I just laugh at it

Keep the color yellow, change the outside structure a little, and voila- Beatles Yellow Submarine! Now THATS a ride I would go on!!

@@gabysvicious it’s actually in water! in fact, one of the reasons it was closed is to drain it to repaint everything.

Thats the only sub you'll find me on. Ans I have been on it..

We do it’s called The Seas With Nemo and Friends in the Seas Pavilion at Epcot
