Absolutely LOVED everything you did Lauren! LUCKY kids to have a great mom like you! I am a grandma of 8 older kids. The youngest is going on 10, and the oldest is 22 ! I have been instructed by their moms to not give the older kids baskets, but I LOVE to anyway! The kids are SO happy to get them! One of my grandsons told me yesterday, grandma, we will never get too old for Easter baskets!!! Haha! I have 7 grandsons and just 1 granddaughter. They used to come to my house for Easter egg hunts when they were little, and I decorated all outside and inside!! Such fun!! Sure miss it !

Hi Lauren! Our kids are 28,26, and 23 and I still do an Easter basket for them (and for my son’s girlfriend). We will go to the sunrise service at our church on Easter morning then our kids will come to our house and we cook a big breakfast together. It’s just a special day! Incredible baskets made by an incredible mom! I am 67, and would love to receive one of those baskets! My daughter is 43, and YES, I still make her an Easter basket every year! The ingredients have changed, but it’s still a basket ! Your decorations are always exquisite. Every time I watch one of your videos, i say, I hope to be like you, “ when I grow up”! I hope you and your beautiful family have a happy, blessed Easter!😘❤️

My 'children' are now adults and I did this all the time and so miss it. I now entertain on a different level and thoroughly enjoy it. However as exhausting as it is, the joy in children's eyes (even their disdain as they get to teenage years) is priceless. I am so happy you have discovered the art of simplifying and using less. It is so classy and helps keep your mind clear when you have the hustle and bustle of a house full of children.

I love this time of year! I am 49 years wise and I do not have kids but when I was a kid, we would watch " The Wizard of Oz on Friday then we always got our hair done on Saturday mornings and soon after we would die eggs and my sisters and I would just get excited looking at our baskets with all the candy and toys in them. Finally, we would get up on Sunday morning about 4am to be at church by six for Sunrise Service. We we would come home afterwards, watch "The Wizard of Oz again ( half asleep) and then go to my Aunt's for dinner. Such wonderful memories! Your Easter baskets remind me so much of my childhood it was just so nostalgic, if you can't tell! I love, love love this video!

Adorable! I would add a handmade tag to the handle with their name, is all I am thinking. Your children are truly lucky ones in this world! If only all children of the world 🌎 could have a Mother like you, what a BLESSING!

This year I, too, gave gardening gloves and seeds to the grandchildren along with a few dollar bills tucked into plastic eggs. When our son was growing up, we always had friends up for lunch. I colored large empty turkey eggs and stuffed them with confetti, handmade fortunes and tiny prizes -- then each lunch guest would crack an egg over someone's head. Lots of laughter! When son was in university & had a house with 6 roommates I filled a wicker laundry basket with Easter straw and rolls of toilet paper (they never had enough!).

Although our son's are 38(married with 2 grands, 6 and 3) and one that is 26 single, owns his own home has a classic car and a Honda SE( he is our investor in many things; wants to retire near 40 yrs old), says he is not getting married until he is 30; we make baskets for our grands and yes we still make one for our son's and our daughter in law. We do church, and of course I have to cook a feast. I LOVE IT!

My kids are age 49 and 42. Still mail them Easter gifts. And I also have Grandchildren.

Those baskets w/garden theme r too cute….💐🫢 My only child is now 30 yo & has her own home…. So, yes I still do her Easter Surprises jus not a basket, anymore…. LoL!!🤷🏻‍♀️💜 She’s spoiled BUT loves candles, flowers, & basically any/everything I do 4 her!!💚💐 We still dye eggs & cook/bake special meal 4 Easter, usually eat outside on her gorgeous back patio!! Hi Lauren. Your Easter decorations and dining table are just beautifully done. I loved it all. I am a Mom, Grandma and now a great Grandma. I stilll cook the holiday meals and Easter is no exception. Our traditional Easter meal is Ham, potato salad, Baked beans, broccoli salad, deviled eggs, veg and fruit trays. A decorated carrot cake that I make myself. For our little Great Grandaughter there will be an Eater egg hunt outside, A basket with books, bubbles, puzzle, stuffed bunny, a little candy, hair bows. The grown up Grandkids and kids too I have a huge basket with all kinds of candy and goody treat bags for them to fill and take home. Already looking forward to your next video.

The Easter baskets are so sweet Lauren. I love the way you personalized them for each child. I told my son he's not too old for an Easter basket. I've filled his with his favorite sports drinks, protein and energy bars, some chocolate etc. Your home looks beautiful. I've been looking for the small bunny plates like the one's you have on your dining room table. I love them. So far no luck. I hope you and your family have a beautiful Easter!!

Congratulations Lauren, everything is done with so much thoughtfulness and love! I would always purchase new dressy suits and outfits to wear to church, then my kids would take their Easter baskets to Easter egg hunts at the parks and backyards! Then to grandmothers' (my mom) who was waiting with a delicious 😋 Easter Dinner!

Oh how I love Easter. I host what we call “Dinner on the Ground” on Palm Sunday each year. While I do spread quilts across the yard, the tables are filled with bunnies, chicks, ducklings and flowers. I set each table with different china patters, I use everything from old family china to TJMaxx melamine sets. Just as long as each table is different and it’s as sweet and magical for the kids. Games are spread about the yard and we always hunt eggs. Living in South Alabama the weather is usually just right because really hot weather is right around the corner and we won’t leave the A/C till Thanksgiving. Then it’s on for that celebration. I’m lucky that I always host my two favorite holidays. Blessings to your family.

My mom would buy us our favorite chocolate items for our Easter basket and a special outfit, hat, shoes and matching dresses my favorite holiday. Hello Lauren, I really like your tradition of baskets for Easter, I live in France and it does not exist or very little. I think it's a great opportunity to make small gifts with a specific theme. It's adorable to have also thought of the cats with the toys. I'm never disappointed by your decoration choices, it's always a marvel.

My youngest is 37 lol! And I love to make her baskets still. They have grown with her ages and stages. This year Tyler candles and her favorite insence were the dominate things. Happy easter!

So I feel better about my choices for my granddaughters Easter basket. I always buy the adult people summer time tee shirts. Many years ago a friend told me Good Friday you spend with your friends. (Yeah think about that) There were friends, kids, food, board games, cards and good times. I moved away and miss it. I try with my kids to keep it going. This Good Friday we will be decorating eggs and learning about Junk Journals. Fun! Happy Easter!

So cute! I always add a kite to my girls baskets because my mom always did that for me and my siblings growing up. Happy Easter 🐣🐰

For my grandsons (ages 10 & 12) who are getting a bit old, nevertheless instead of baskets, I bought giant plastic eggs at party city and filled them with a small stuffed Reeses peanut butter that holds peanut butter cups, and various small toys...will probably put a bit of cash in those as well.

Lauren I can’t believe you don’t have Easter pillows for the big sofa! 🐰 I think some soft pastels pillows for spring will brighten the sofa as white can be a bit stark or harsh. Also - I LOVE that you set the table correctly with all the cutlery. I don’t understand the American way of dining!

Your mantel is bringing love it. I’m so behind on watching. Had devastating news last week for my Mom. We thought she had pneumonia took her to hospital and it’s very fast aggressive lung cancer. She is home, I’m so grateful that I happen to live next door to my parents. Really thankful we are such a close loving family. My brother and sister that live here we are all working together to help my Dad. Then my sister and brother out of state make sure to call regularly. Even our children are stepping up. We will all be together Mothers Day. We were planning a 90th birthday in September for her but it’s moving so fast we decided to make Mother’s Day super special. Sorry to unload I’m still reeling. Your decorating is always so beautiful!

Easter bunny brings candy and chocolate and hides eggs in the garden. We are heading into cooler Autumn weather in Australia so we do cosy PJs, new slippers, a book, a small puzzle, bath bomb, cute jewellery and a new Easter dress. My oldest daughter has multiple food allergies and the Easter Bunny has been amazing at finding her safe candy to try and lots of fun non food Easter treats.

Love the themed baskets. My favorite memory of Easter is my mom making clues that we had to figure out to find our baskets. It was so fun my aunt wanted to have clues also. My mom also filled eggs with some different dollars and put in an egg carton then mailed it to me during my first year when I went to college. She is the best mom. Your children will love their garden themed baskets - they’re so cute! The Easter bunny is bringing my kids and grandkids (and me and Hubs!) summer/beach themed baskets this year. Everything was just perfect... Beautiful decor...I did a gardening basket for my kids one year and what a big hit with them..I didn't do much candy because they really weren't into candy so every year I did non perishable baskets with different themes every year..I don't do much for Easter I just keep everything simple as far as cooking..

My children get a bathing suit, beach towel, and swim goggles in their Easter basket to get them ready for approaching warm weather.

Everything looks so good, Lauren, and the gardening theme for the Easter baskets is perfect. My daughter is 14, 15 later this month and she made it known that she still wants an Easter basket. I'm going with a fitness theme, so like you, very little candy. I bought her a basketball and fitness dice. You gave me the idea of including sunscreen and a tumbler, thanks!

For my Easter baskets I make one as the center piece on the table. This basket is for everyone. It is filled with home baked items individually wrapped. Homemade candy. Easter chocolate eggs ,bunnies, peeps. Then for my daughter43 & her husband 55 I do a personalized basket with things I know they like. Then I also do one for my grand puppy. It is a lot of fun. I begin gathering items throughout the year for the baskets. I found a beautiful silk scarf with puppies that are the same type of dog as my grand puppy for my daughters basket at the farmers market.Nothing expensive just special.My son in law has a motorcycle so I added chapstick and leather cleaner for all his riding gear. I love the tulips and bunnies on the fireplace. So fresh & springtime.❤️
