I have no idea how many times I've watched this scene but I don't think it'll ever stop being funny. Detroiters is such a hidden gem, I've never laughed so much and so hard at a sitcom but what makes the show for me is Tim and Sam's genuinely heartwarming friendship.

I love how they are about to laugh in practically every skit they are in together. This is up there with the record producer skit in I think you should leave.
