It's not for nothing that this is one of my favorite recipes of all time. The creamy mushroom sauce is incredibly creamy and delicious. Everyone loves this recipe and I am really happy when I cook it for the whole family. I do this a lot for friends and family because they really enjoy it. Cooking is very simple so anyone can do it. Just follow the simple steps and voila, dinner is ready and everyone is happy. Try this easy and tasty recipe and tell us how you like it.
Recipe and Ingredients
Salmon.
Salt pepper on both sides.
8 mushrooms.
Olive oil.
Fry for 2 minutes on both sides.
3 cloves of garlic.
Salt pepper.
Flour 1 tbsp
Cream 200ml.
Dill.
Cook for 3 minutes.

I loved it! I made it for my family and they loved it! My mom who doesn't like salmon, loved it! We have this once a month since salmon is expensive, but it's on our menu. I did add one ingredient though, marsala wine when sautéing mushrooms; about a 1/2 cup.

I saw your video accidentally. It happens I have all the ingredients at home except the dill. Tried the dish tonight and it tastes good. I used some milk to replace part of the cream. I love mushrooms!

Add white wine as a base and burn off and some fish stock, reduce before adding the cream. Otherwise it’s just a bland cream and pepper goo. Also lose the flour. Cream sauces don’t need a rue to thicken.

I thought this too, the cream looked too dry at the end . Still looks like a delish recipe though. Will try with your tips.

The sauce looked too thick. It didnt pour easily over the fish

Лосось вкусный сам по себе, просто после обжаривания или гриля полить оливковым маслом немного, соком лимончика и укропчиком посыпать.)) А по этому рецепту можно минтай попробовать приготовить.
