Impact Theory is always a great place to start a day. When I hear Tom go off I feel all my excuses melt away; like I can't hold on to them anymore. Also thank you Tom for suggesting the book Grit, I got the audiobook version and listened to half of it on a car ride; great so far. Antifragile is a bit more like esoteric and requires rereading on my part; which isn't a bad thing!
