    Ok. It might have been wise to present sources. Some channels might even spread wrong information. But on this video the info sounds good sense. We are not scientists, science is often biased (everyday you see studies saying beer is good for your health 😂😂😂. But I disagree about coffeee and teas. Coffee should be eliminated. Doesn't do any good. Causes addiction, is a stimulant (no real energy contained, just smoke screen, causes insomnia, anxiety. About teas some are similar to coffee, should be avoided like Black tea and others. But some are really healtjy and should be drunk regularly. Boldo tea, cinamon tea are great. Cider, Holly grass.
