Depends on what you need, if you need healer everyone can work. If you need interrupt resist, zhongli can work. If you need both, you kinda need to replace kazuha too

I think it should be fine if you are not doing dendro damage focused teams, but i wont advise farming it from scratch

pessing r is faster instead of holding click for tighnari charged shot

As a healer she should works fine but if you need the interrupt resistance imo zl/dion can work too
