Neutral Spine with Stoll / Dupatta || Tall Spine || Height || Compressed Spine ||
I keep making posts/videos on maintaining the neutral spine as keeping the spine neutral alone is good enough to keep your back, core, lungs, and spine strong and definitely save you pain and suffering caused by weak back and core.
This simple practice is not only good enough to keep your Nervous System healthy but at the same time, keep your chakras in alignment as we know that our spine is the location for important chakras.
I have also worked with people who end up with numbness in case of being diabetes. This harness stops the blood flow in the arms and when you release that it releases fresh flow of blood and helps deal with the situation.
This video has the same benefit as the previous one. You can use simple Dupatta or Stoll to keep your spine neutral in case you do not have the yoga belt.
You have many options, you just need to act. So do it NOW to remain healthy in your brain and spine.
