Unfortunately, I do not know much about most of the Indian neuroscience programs. I know of a couple of institutes with great neuroscience labs though - TIFR and IIT-B, Mumbai; IIT Gandhinagar; IISc/NCBS, Bangalore; NCBR Gurgaon
Sir,in PG among 'Neural and cognitive science' and 'Biotechnology' which course will have more scope?

The scope is defined by your goals tbh. However, in traditional terms, Biotech is a huge industry and therefore has way more job opportunities. Neural and cognitive science, on the other hand, hold the promise of creating revolutions in civilization - so there's that. The former needs way more long-term thinking than the latter.
