    @handmadenftart5244 I understand your sentiment. But if you care for humanity, you will change your tune. Do not overestimate the effect of language such as yours. It merely emboldens bad actors. Bad, unless war is your aim. Such a war will be bad for Islam. Sadly, I think you want war, not peace. You remind me of US Southern slave holders madly rushing into a war that would destroy their way of life. Good the North won. Whatever side you are on will lose, but your war will bring much suffering, needlessly.

The zionist wing of Israel has continued to steal land from Palestine and Syria. They have Gaza stuck behind a wall. 2.2 million people in 150sq miles. Half of them children. So when Israel drops a bomb they're likely taking out kids as well. I guess it's ok though because it was done in a fancy way with multi-million dollar jets and bombs

    I can't help but ponder the potential connection between the relationship of Hamas and Netanyahu. Around the 35-minute mark, when Netanyahu was trailing in the polls against Peres, an attack involving a bus full of civilians occurred, seemingly benefiting Netanyahu. Similarly, fast forward to 2023, when Netanyahu is grappling with corruption charges and the potential end of his political career, another attack involving civilian casualties, with Hamas involvement, takes place in the absence of IDF on what would typically be heavily guarded perimeters. While it may be coincidental, there is also a compelling possibility of a link. Notably, it's worth mentioning that Netanyahu had reportedly played a role in the formation of Hamas as a counter to the PLO.

    Netanyahu and his government consider Hamas an asset; Smotrich is quoted as saying so. So, they have no interest in fighting for the hostages, only the land on which Palestinians have settled. Hamas' terrorism only furthers their cause of exterminating Palestinians and making it seem as if it's a righteous cause. They could have eliminated Hamas a long time ago, if they really wanted to.

    Watching this documentary, what I realized was that if Netanyahu was the leader of an Arab, Asian, African, or a socialist-leaning country, he would have been labeled as an 'ultra-nationalist racist'. But lucky Netanyahu happened to be the leader of Israel (the vanguard proxy of western civilization in middle-east) and so he just has to worry about negotiating with the western world on behalf of his country rather than being vilified and thrown out of power by a western-backed coup.

    Correct. The many conflicts in the ME are theologican in nature and not territorial. This is why territorial concessions never bring peace. Territory isn't the problem and so it can't be the solution. The fundamental problem is the in-built intolerance in Islam. Until Islam learns to tolerate the Other, there will be no peace in the ME. And with immigration now being used as a weapon, you won't have peace anywhere else, either.

    @øranuto husband I think that for a 90-minute documentary that the producers have compiled as much as they could. There is this unpleasant little procedure called editing that has to happen. Without it, a narrative would be sustained well beyond the attention span of the average adult viewer. There has to be only as much detail as is necessary to give the viewer a reasonably objectified insight into a situation.

  • @William_sJazzLoft

    @William_sJazzLoft

    @øranuto husband no doubt. What is troubling is that here in the United States, the media landscape has become less objective. There is still dissemination of facts. But those facts are often spun in such a way as to support some very extremist narratives. Before the advent of 24-hour cable news and the internet it wasn't that way or at least it didn't seem that way. Social media is increasingly defining and setting parameters for the output of mainstream media and that is an extremely troubling development.

    From this documentary it's hard not to suspect Hamas's (if it was Hamas)bus attacks were to boost Netanyahu's dwindling popularity among Israeli public. Since then Hamas has provided every opportunity to strengthen Netanyahu's extreme hardline approach against creation of an independent Palestinian state. Some times it appears Hamas works for Zionism.

    30:18 look at how yitzhak rabin's bodyguards are leading him apparently through a publicly accessible and crowded area while keeping a few steps away from him. that looks very much like they were in on the assassination plot - they created the exposure to the assassin, and tried to not stand in the line of fire (one agent was loghtly wounded by a gunahot, the assassin was captured uninjured, otherwise only the PM was hit and died). what that video shows is not at all in line with the standard of personal protection for the leader of a country with security forces as advanced as israel in the 1990s, especially not at a moment known to be so tense. shin bet stood aside to get rabin murdered, much like the IDF now stood aside to let hamas massacre the festival and kibbutzim. these are terroristic acts of treason by the israeli security forces.

    Good assessment. I think N's whole career has been orchestrated by remnants of the political players who assassinated Bernadotte. They are terrorists plain and simple. The whole hijack, with Netay (American name), was a set up, I believe. Where is the evidence (the dead bodies of the terrorists?). There is no way you could simply just walk onto a plane and kill the terrorists like that. It's just mot going to happen. Anyone that believes that is a fool. It was done to advance his career to give credibility for what he is doing now, killing innocent Gazans. I would bet my whole life savings on it, and if any journalist wants a story, that is it, and it should be told and disclosed to the world, but they will not have the balls to do it.
