Apart from that weird exploit with the Gordo, Ness has a not so great matchup with DDD. Range, and power. And Ness's projectiles are slow, and can be dealt with easily. That being said, I still main him.

I freaking love For Glory Ness/Lucas players who see my Mega Man's Metal Blade and try to absorb it with PSI Magnet. Not gonna happen. Secret to Mega Man's victory against Ness - Refrain from Side Smash and Crash Bomber usage. Easy enough for me, U-tilt is my main kill move, occasionally D-Smash too.

This video took me back to Brawl for some reason. It reminded me of my first time beating a Level 9 CPU. I was either Ness or Lucas, and the CPU was the other. I chose New Pork City as the stage. I had never played or probably even heard of EarthBound or Mother, but I had a theme going I guess. I was fighting harder than I ever had before, I was determined to win this fight. We were down to our last stocks and I managed to launch the CPU off stage. They attempted to use PK Thunder to get themselves back on, but in an act of desperation I used my own PK Thunder to cancel his and he fell to my victory. I think that has to be my favorite Smash memory ever.

The last move was insane :D
