Hello, this doesn’t work. It just makes a noise, no water flowing through. I’ve called technical and he said the motor is broke 🤔 told me to send it back. Any other advice please?

This is beautiful, I didn't see this on the USA webpage. Are there plans for this to be released in the future?

Didn't work for me...switched it on and a noise is produced in steady intervals....result no water or coffee.

I have The exact same problem. I was told to put hot tap water and wait one hour. But that didn’t work either. Was your issue ever resolved ?

saint2709 I spoke to Nespresso for about 30min on the phone (he was testing all kinds of procedures) but to no avail. So, They’re picking it up next week and having a look.

Christopher Lewis I’ll get you an update soon my girlfriend got it working with nespresso on the phone. I’ll get u all the steps involved when I get home to the girlfriend

1- add hot water in the water reservoir , wait 1hour 2- place and remove water reservoir 5 times and look for Air bubbles 3- press the lungo button with water tank installed and repeat 5 times - Next if that didn’t work repeat step 3 with the espresso cap opened , for us that did the trick
