As a lungo lover who 'occasionally' likes a latte, I love this machine. It's stylish but discrete and doesn't take up too much place in the kitchen. The cleaning of the milk system can be a bit of a hassle, but it's not that bad. If you're more of a latte/cappuccino person you might wanna look at the Lattissimo Pro or Touch, as these have an automatic cleaning feature of the milk system and have the ability to control the milk froth texture.

good explanation, i love the old style of the nespresso videos though, it felt way more fancy and exclusive. in the way flying used to be fancy and exclusive, would love to see that back in the future

I bought mine today... No water comes out and the cleaning led turns on. I already read the manual and searched online but nobody seems to have the same problem. What am I doing wrong?

Check into the Nespresso website, and select Machines and Machine Assistance. From there, choose the Lattissima One and follow the instructions under "Hand washing of Rapid Cappuccino System".

How do i remove empty capsules from this machine?

Thanks for your question. After brewing, open the lever on top to eject the capsule. The capsule will fall into a capsule container that can be emptied every few days. The capsule container is behind the panel on the left when you are looking at the machine.

She means potable water, basically any water that you can drink. I recommend bottled water or filtered tap water

Where is your technical support? Mars? I’m serious. It took 1 hour and thirty minutes to finally reach your technical support and then after having me press multiple buttons, it seems unit is broken. Advise! if your lights keep flashing it’s broken.
