Saw them live in Dubai back in 2009, awesome gig and nice guys.
seen them here in india....had severe neck pain with a bruised knee for about a month, totally worth it!!

Man I Miss Growing Up In SAudi Back & traveling To Kuwait,Bharain,Uae,Iraq,Iran & all Over the Gulf. Those where the days before 1st gulf war fuked up everything.. In 80-90's.. All The Underground Heavy Metal Concerts we would have in compounds, Deserts was fuking crazy & the rush of avoiding the religious police whom would beat us up or imprison people for anything heavy metal or deemed devilish...man was the days.....keep on pushing for more, more,more.....
the middle east needs metal, young rational kids who are trying to stray away from their elders irrational and sometimes violent ways need an outlet. Metal is the only music that portrays the frustration and anger that they have. I have the deepest respect for all free thinking metal heads in the middle east.

Only thing i cannot understand is why metalheads in Arabian countries most often choose extreme forms of heavy metal. I know only for Dragonrider from Jordan which play power metal and Myrath from Tunisia as prog.power super power. This band really kicks ass with their death metal and even if i rarely listen to extreme metal. Metal hails

Well, I have a pretty strong hunch that a big motivator behind the rise of the Middle East's black metal scene was to rebel against the theocratic structure of the society. I'm guessing that could apply to all forms of extreme metal in a more abstract way

There are none in Kuwait. All the shows are canceled at the last moment (including rock and non metal bands) - its really hard to organize anything there.

Professional level screaming is so much easier to achieve than high quality grunting and growling. When you got into Whistling, it's another thing, but I think, you're speaking of frys. Frys were the first technique I ever learned. I just screamed and growled for a year and then I was able to perform them. Growling, then grunting and in the end pig-squealing took me soooooooooooooooooooo much longer...it's just ridiculous that both of them are guttural vocals.
