Thank you sir,I feel relief and seems to be improving
Thanks, Dr. Ozello. I'll try it. I've had incessant arm pain and numbness in the two small fingers of my left hand for the last 3 weeks after a gym exercise. After ineffective help from a house doctor and 2 orthopedic doctors I've pinned it down to the infraspinatus and the c6/c5 nerve. I'll report if the treatment works.

@@zain4915 Thanks for asking. In the end time was the only healer. The pain gradually subsided after about 3 months. Then I could exercise the hand. Only in the last couple of weeks could I squash bottle caps as before with the thumb and fingers of my left hand. Experience has taught me (70 this year) that exercise and stretching - as soon as the body permits - are great stimulants. "Take it easy and don't strain yourself" is a slow poison as deadly as alcohol, sugar and nicotine.
While doing this I got a sting on one of the last reps ? Did I just damage it further , should I be worried ?
Can suprascapular nerve entrapment manifest as muscle twitching in the scapula area?

Is this a good sign
Something cracked in my neck when I did it😶
