Born and studied in Uran till 12th standard, feeling super proud to see this train ride, I had the feeling I was riding on the train, many of my friends who are currently residing in Uran must be feeling quite great.

See d excitement of those people! We need Modi for more such developments in Mumbai. Mumbai is in our heart and it will be best city in India!❤

Main Uran me 1992 se 1999 tak tha.main civil engineer hoon.maine BPCL me 4 bare goal tanks banaye Indus engg. ki taraf se.phir maine ONGC me BLUESTAR ke liye fire fighting system banaya.Last main MAHESH BALDI ke liye DHUTUM me CWC ka warehouse banaya.mere time me Uran tak local nahi jati thi.Aap logo ko badhai. JAI SRI RAM.

This is wonderful that now southern Navi Mumbai is connected by suburban rail. The stations are also beautiful and clean. Thank you for uploading such a well-made video. No unnecessary conversations and no self-focussed videos- just pure content. 5-star video- a delight! But also it’s a real shame that all the local trains still couldn’t get closed door air-conditioned. This is the financial capital of India, the richest city of India, the biggest economic contributor and still the trains are third-world and outdated. Poor countries around the world are getting modern commuter trains and Mumbai still doesn’t have a 21st century commuter rail. It’s really disheartening to see , and I think many people have now given up the hope of it.

Yes and when u increase the fares alll the bhaiyyas and so called poor people will protest,if everyone wears a condom and has 1 child only we all can travel by bullet trains

We don't need trains with closed doors.. we also have AC local train (not in harbour line).. all the modern local train are used in western line and our harbour line gets old, rusty and outdated trains which are dumped from western and central lines..😢

Finally Uran got railway... Railway should start Thane-Uran train asap..

Now Railway must start Ring Railway between Panvel - Uran - Belapure - Panvel. That is from Central line to Harbour Line, Panvel to Uran, from Uran to Belapure, from Belapure to Panvel and vice versa. It will help people of all these three cities to move easily.

they still havent improved the frequency of the trains, the passengers at these stations have to wait around 1 hour for a train to arrive. God knows when the frequency will improve

Oh great. Nice to see developments around main Mumbai. However, whole India is watching in the sense there are so many opportunities for erecting slums on both sides of railway lines. Especially Bangladeshis and north Indians. So local Marathis be watchful and ensure that these railway lines remain free of slums.

It's an inaugural run. So the timing was not decided. It was to be started when flagged, hence 00.00. Hope this helps....
