Bravo Wren for being such a good sport. I would like to see you guys try this again, but without picking up rounds after you fire them. It might also help to give the infected player another minute to turn, so players will be a bit more spread out.

its still limited because they cant always pick the darts back up. in the airsoft one they did everyone had their own bag so they never ran out.

When they did it there, it didn't seem they could recover ammo, so it escalated much faster than here. In this one Wren was getting camped pretty hard for most of the video.

OlympicFilms My old school used to do it but with 20 zombies and 20 people. And one round with 39 humans and one zombie. It was nearly pitch black everywhere and absolutely terrifying as a human.

If you play this yourself, and you run into these issues, I suggest adding the following 2 rules: - To prevent camping, once you shoot the zombie, the survivors must run away. - To prevent ammo farming, you cannot pick up the darts you just shot until the zombie has revived and run off.

We play that the Patient Zero is allowed to carry a blaster until they turn two others into zombies, then they have to put them down. This way they have some ability to trick unsuspecting humans.

actually in real nerf wars, most people wear ghillie suits and tactical vests because nerf is ultra realistic. it's very rare to ever shoot in nerf because most people are hiding.

I think the ammunition situation should be limited, and have a goal or end-state that the party is looking to achieve. But Wren did a great job making it fun for everyone by putting a lot of enthusiasm into a tough role.

I know you guys think this round is unfair but remember it's just the first round. Wren just failed to tag anyone before being outed which made it easy for the survivors. Not every game will go 100% perfect. It is just a bunch of friends playing with Nerf guns after all.

picking up ammo should be not allowed, cuz like you can use wasted bullets, buts that just an idea :D

The best way to balance this would probably be "Headshots only" for the Survivors, so even if the Zombie gets hit by random bullets he doesn't die unless it was a heashot. This gives a good level of balance since Survivors have basically infinite ammo but they end up using way more

yeah, rather than ammo around the map, limited amount of ammo from the start and not recoverable would be better. but still make it possible to scavenge the guns(just not the ammo)

That is one intelligent zombie. Tries to run away when in obvious danger (never seen a zombie retreat before), plays with Bandit, and knows how to relax on a chair. This is one refined zombie. If it weren't for lack of blood flow, he'd be getting one heck of a cardio workout. If only he could Wrender another Wren... Or use his onewheel... Zombie on wheels as a game variant?

Establish rules for competitive play 1. Patient Zero must reveal himself and attack within 60 seconds of match start 2. In order to incapacitate a zombie, they must be shot twice (encourages buddy system and makes it a little harder because it seems pretty easy to keep a zombie in check) 3. Shooting a zombie on the ground does NOT reset the 15 second timer 4. Guns count as an extension of the body, zombies hitting guns still counts as spreading infection. Something like that!

I don't know if you watch their Sam and Niko channel but they played this and the zombies won very easily in all of the games they played this one just seemed like an exception so those rules would make it too hard most likely for the survivors

Default skin that 1 pumps you that's just how shotguns be.

Each person you infect reduces your spawn time by 4 seconds. After 3 infects you just have to sit down and stand back up when shot. Each zombie keeps track of their own spawn time. Also you can only used the ammo you start with and the ammo that's available on the map. You cannot use ammo you've already shot. (use different color darts to differentiate)

They have limited ammo, so it’s better to have more ammo to kill more zombies, this isn’t real life, when bullets are fired there are one use but when a nerf dart is hit it can be used many times.

i didnt like this game mode. Wren was such a good sport. i wouldve been salty and mad as hell if i got spawn killed. the survivors shouldnt be able to be in groups and they shouldnt be able to pick up spent ammo. Obviously no camping either.

do a zombie scavenger hunt inside with details and pictures of clues all leading up to a fake syringe that can cure the infection. One gun allowed. Survivors helping solve the clues can get picked off one by one and turn into a zombie and the same goes for your gun man.

The way my friends and I did it is that a zombie can respawn by touching an exterior door. There was no timer, so it made for a very hectic game. We also did the ruleset of chest or head for a kill. Momentum touches were technically not allowed. Since you guys go into outside spaces you would have to treat the gate or entrance to those locations as exterior doors. This simulated zombies coming from the outside.

This is just a 12:00 minute video of Wren trying to kill everyone while also being a great sport, might I add.

So, to make it fair, they needed to forbid the use of already used ammo, so every ammo on the floor would be forbidden and only new ammo found on the map could be accessed. You can see how unfair it was by just looking at how the survivors are ganking him and chilling overall. Another good idea would be to make him more resilient every time he revives, like, every 2 or 3 revives he can take an extra bullet before going down.

D should've won because when Niko said "There is no winner there is only the last survivor" D was the last one like in 2017

wrens commitment is commendable

To make it a little more even in the beginning, maybe survivors only have one or two guns to share, each person has two shots on them. You have a to retrieve guns from tagged people etc etc. It would certainly make it a little more balanced in the beginning. But this was awesome, keep making more of these!

Sam ruins way too many of these videos for me, since he's always more concerned with winning than with just having fun. For instance 1) hiding in a bush half the game and not even participating because that is the "winning" strategy, and 2) shooting a zombie who is still on the ground. They're already dead, so what is that even supposed to do? Keep them dead? Because that doesn't really make sense and just sounds anti-fun (and then he's even salty that it doesn't work that way lol!).
