Any remedy for this apart from minirin? I have this due to inflammation

Sir I have a question... I too have DI n I take desmopresin plus NSIDS for betterment... My question is we don't have much options so NSID safe for kidney? Bcoz may be we have to use for lifetime

Sir, I have Urine osmolality 142 2) Urine osmolality 219 3) Serum osmolality 307 4) Serum osmolality 320 Desmopresin works sometimes, sometimes not so I take both desmopresin plus NSAIDS Doc said its Partial NDI

Firstly u can do this video without torturing the irritated child… NDI caused fever and irritation bec of high Na etc. the failure to thrive shld be addressed which is always ignored by docs in Pakistan. The projectile vomit must be settled with the right combination of meds too esp at this age.
