My favorite channel.. great production, clear and easy instructions. You also tell us your strategy on why you were going certain ways and why you were using certain cards. I’ve never played nemesis but watching your video makes me want to get the game and/or back the new Kickstarter nemesis lockdown. P.s. your Reichbusters videos are amazing also.

Wish there was a way go get the Aftermath expansion outside the campaign. Maybe the next time they do a Reprint?

I get the appreciation of high quality components but I feel like a lot of it could have been made cardboard to bring the price down. Still looks like a fun, quality game. Hopefully I can get my hands on it someday.

@@RollingSolo My only issue is deciding which version to get since I do want to go the pricey all all in pledge. Right now, I am backing the original simply because I like the ship theme as opposed to a lab..but who knows, once I see some game play of Lockdown, I might change.

TTS is a good way to try out the base game of Nemesis. I will have you covered for Lockdown coverage in the near future if everything goes to plan ;D

Nice, lovely set up with explanation. You should use the dog as it is considered a miniature. You can use it to explore the rest of the ship without worrying too much about encounters as the Intruders don't kill the dog. You should send her to the top of the ship ;)

Hey Alessandro! I will be using the Dog for sure. The mechanics for the dog work based on whether it’s in play or on your character board. I first have to send the dog out. Which I certainly want to do very soon!

Hey Ryan! Yes, indeed they are. The Eclipse ones. Only thing to note is when adding Contamination cards to your deck is you’ll need to sleeve as you go. But this isn’t a big deal as it’s a card everyone once in a while.

On a side note Nemesis is finally expected to arrive in the US after over a year. It will most likely be September unless it gets delayed again

It is my understanding that you have to use trait cards when playing with expansion characters, especially as bounty hunters laika is explained on it

Still waiting on my retail pre-order from a year ago. AW screwed up and didn't order enough quantity to be printed for all their retail orders the first time around. I hope they don't similarly screw up for the reprint. What a mess.

Hey! Sorry to hear that. Ya, that’s odd. I believe there was a window to preorder within for the first retail release. If the retail location took more preorders than they had coming to then that could be part of the problem. For a KS reprint they won’t have issues and I believe Asmodee is handling Nemesis base games so once they churn out the second run to retail I doubt there will be a problem getting it again.

Nice playthrough!! where did you find the cases where you put the monster tokens in. what size are they?

I believe I used Mayday 100ct for standard size. You can use the premium 50ct but they take up much more space. For mini cards I used FFG / Mayday 50ct premium. In terms of storing them, I put them all in the terrain expansion box and put the terrain minis inside the core box where the cards would go. Works out perfect. The terrain boxes AR make are perfect for cards. Sadly not all games have that size box. Only Lord of Hellas and Nemesis did.

Maybe I missed out on something, but why are there already 2 rooms revealed on the board before you even started your first round ?

This is the advanced side of the board so the two Evacuation Sections are revealed and set from the jump. You can find this information for the alternate side of the game board at the back of the Nemesis rulebook. Hope that helps :) Cheers!

Not for me, maybe for some. I have extra of each colour sleeves and will throw the contamination cards right inside the coloured sleeves when I get them. I enjoy syncing up the colours. :) After the playthrough I plan to pickup some perfect fit sleeves so I can put them straight inside the coloured sleeve. Thanks for watching Jan. :) Cheers!

Hello Septen! I simply search for coin capsules on amazon. I believe I'm using 28mm but you'll want to check the size of the tokens to be sure. BGG should have that information for you! :)

@@RollingSolo Thank you. I think I'm going to go with 30mm. I found a case of 100 of them with a storage tray. So seeing as they won't fit in the box anymore. It seems like the perfect solution. Also just ordered the stuff I missed with the last kickstarter. So I'm excited about that! Skipped out on the Lockdown and extra props though.

That sounds correct to me. I remember them being larger than typical tokens and the nice ones come in a case. Don’t bother with the ones wrapped in plastic. I got a bag of them scratched and beat up. 😄

Those looks good to me. Just ensure the size is bang on. If I remember correctly there are two sizes that fit the Nemesis tokens. One is tight enough you won't want to remove them again. The other has the slightest space around the tokens. Cheers!

There will be a playmat as part of the next Kickstarter I believe which will make things more rich. I can understand your point though, I share it partly as well. Lockdown has nice looking board though imo. Cheers!

Why pick "Nemesis plans" when your objective needs you to explore every room? I felt like duct tape would've made more sense

Possibly. But later in the game if I’m struggling to find the Surgery room I need, as long as the number of tiles are around 4-5, having that could have huge in helping me determine what direction I should be going. Time wasted guessing is time the Aliens spend tracking your down! haha
