Stoners be like: “I could quit whenever I want I just don’t want to” I’d say try to slow it down to just bed time - then slowly switch to melatonin and CBD. Prepare for 2-3 weeks of low appetite and poor sleep quality, mild irritability as well. Exercise will make those nights easier if you tire yourself out
