Neil Young with Willie Nelson - Four Strong Winds (Live at Farm Aid 1995)
Музыка
Neil Young performs Ian Tyson's "Four Strong Winds" with Willie Nelson and Mickey Raphael at the Farm Aid concert in Louisville, Kentucky on October 1st, 1995. Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.
For more information about Farm Aid, visit: farmaid.org/youtube
Farm Aid's performances are donated by the artists in order to raise funds and raise awareness for family farmers. They've raised their voices to help - what can you do?

Makes me sad to think about it, but unfortunately I think my generation is heading to a wrong path in music. Hello Rita, how are you doing?
Willie knows how to fill in the blanks, man. Delicate without overdoing it eh ❤
I can't begin to explain how quintessentially Canadian that song is. The first time I heard it I was living in SoCal driving somewhere on a freeway, and suddenly I was grabbed by the lyrics and transported with a mad longing in my heart for my home in the true north strong and free.
NEIL has been an all time singer. His golden voice and his music so touching.
Ian Tyson wrote such beautiful songs. Knowing it is time to let go, and not wanting to. What in human life could be sadder? Such a true and touching song.
Neil pays tribute to great Canadian cowboy-songwriter Ian Tyson with this deeply felt rendering of Ian’s ballad about young love torn apart by this land’s vast distances.
Takes you home or anywhere you want to be. This song is always with me, it’s a comfort, an old friend. Thank you Neil Young

Back in those days, when I was happy, I listened to Hey Hey My My. When I was sad, I listened to Southern Man. When the feeling was in between or something else, I listened to Four Strong Winds. It was all over on the radio and in the gathering of teens learning to play the guitar. So I have not really seen NY live. But his songs were the soundtrack of so many lives that had seen so many singers come and go. That's how Good Ole Neil remains in my heart.

id like to hear a concert with niel young, willie nelson, chris kristoffer son. and david allan coe, and the newer great kid rock. guns and roses, of coarse lynyrd skynyrd. there are more who i think would like to join in... this could be done as a t v special! free, but with the great groups. it could boost the energy level of the economy and people all stuck at home.. cds should be sold. theyd sell very well.! i love these groups! a lot of people do

Hello Judy, how're you doing, I hope you are doing fine. I'm David from Houston, Texas. Where are you from? You seems like a real Country girl😊🌹
This song reminds me of my cousin who passed away from heart failure and was studying architecture. He was my tutor in some of my subjects and was teaching me how to play guitar. He was truly miss. RIP koy Junior Dabu
