He was partying a little too hard for a couple years. Made some bad decisions. Which he's been fairly transparent about. You'll see a few comments making reference to it. Some people just won't let it go.

Tricky one... the person that HAD the hose could claim they FOUND it damaged.... and get away with it(Reasonable doubt)... Rick will need more proof that the equipment was actually taken by the Bandit.
