Amazing it is when he felt that he was gonna collapse, he gently dropped the cat then rolled over. That's a little detail that showed he cared about others than him.

Yeah, it does feel pretty good; doesn't it? Best scene in the movie.

It is a HIPAA violation. And very illegal. So the guy getting the records and the person that let him have access

Mike Birbiglia is just so not this person. I feel bad for him playing this character.

This isn't the end, he just had a serious heart disease and collapsed in this scene. He dies later in the film which canonically was years after this scene I believe.
