Neighbors search abandoned Cleveland homes for more bodies
After Michael Madison was arrested on suspicion of murdering three women in Cleveland, neighbors searched foreclosed homes for more bodies. One resident says the area is a "criminal fantasy world," since crime-fighting resources are short. Michelle Miller reports.

I know your comment is over 6 years old, but I was thinking the same thing (that he looks like Roy Jones Jr), though more in other videos and not so much in the photo they show on here.
