My favorite episode of the entire show. Just so you know, the actress who played the nanny is a two time Tony award winner, Adriane Lenox. The amount of talent that that show brings is just incredible!

I absolutely love this clip. It's a great demonstration of using silence as a tactic in negotiating. Think about it the next time you're talking to your boss about a raise or review, when you're buying a car, or especially when you're dealing with an insurance company. Their adjusters use this every time. Oh, and be sure to bring an orange. that's a nice touch. 'So... what you wanna do?'
