You know what street racing games could use? A second part of the career where you have to defend your title as the best racer. The first half of the game is spent on getting to the top, and the second would be about staying there. I'm honestly surprised that almost no racing game does this.

Carbon had challengers that could re-take your territory, but you could finish the game without meeting them even once (same goes with the police in that game lol).

***** Yeah, and those challengers cease their activity once you've taken over every territory in the game. So it ended up being more of a distraction that happened rarely.

31:35 : If I'm Ok with the Cameraman-player taking a group photo, we should'nt see the developped photography ; the cinematic simply ending on the white flash would make more sense in my opinion. The solution on a Fox Mask feels SO STUPID XD and it's kinda creepy...

How exactly is it a good game if: -the handling is so terrible that Reiji, as said above, can't help not crashing into walls himself? -the voice acting and supporting cast are so bad and so forced that they're not even funny? -the visuals are pretty bad and do nothing to convey what you're doing, or worse, prevent you from seeing anything? -you're forced online with few features to justify both this and the $60-70 price tag?

The WEBM Collection I've spent the entire 10 hours of the Origin free trial AND the free 7 day trial of Origin Access on PC, trying to find *something* worth praising about this game. Because I have an itch that, at the time, no other racing/driving game's scratched and I put up with cringey actors, bad handling, always online, laughing stock cops, lack of pause, pathetic car roster, customisation where over half the parts are on less than a dozen cars, and all in the hopes of finding *some* memorable moment from the entire game. I finished the 5 storylines​, the final races, and Prestige Mode, and potentially the closest it got to being good was the $200k hot rod with a Formula engine, because it was the only car that handled close to a car. I'm not complaining for the sake of complaining. In my country, minimum wage is barely enough to get you through the month without many additional services and comforts, so I want to make *absolutely sure* that a game is *worth the €60+ price tag* before I buy it. Even so, I've dedicated enough of my time, 60-70 hours in fact, to come to this final conclusion about this game. I don't hearken back to the days of UG2 and MW05 just because of nostalgia. I hearken back to these days because *these* were the best Need for Speed games, *these* were the ones done with more thought and care poured into them, *these* were not tainted by the plethora of issues that have plagued NFS after Shift. They had personality. They had a clear design philosophy. Even if UG2 aged, its attention to the handling of cars and to the tuning is still impressive to this day, and only modern semi sim games such as Forza and Gra Turismo offer as much detail in upgrading your car as UG2 from *13 years ago.* You are allowed to enjoy this game, as it's your time and money and you're also well aware of its problems. I am also well aware of its problems, but do not tell me that I complain for the sake of it or that I won't be able to enjoy anything else if I complain, because I *do* enjoy a lot of things. Nothing has to be perfect, just had to be *good*, and NFS2015... wasn't good enough. Forza Horizon 3 blows it out of the water, objectively and subjectively, even if it lacks police chases.

I've been watching your videos from Midnight club through today's racing games. My first game and racing game is Midnight Club 2. Things changed a lot.

Dude, you are one skilled driver when it comes to playing racing video games. I got the game, too. For PS4, which is the system you played this game on. I honestly think this is the best Need For Speed game up to date for the next gen for PS4 and XBOX One. But more of my favorite one is the Most Wanted when it came out for PS2 back in 2005.

This is very impressive for a first attempt.

Another good driving video clip using Mitsubishi Evo Lancer. You know I like the way you driving on the freeway Reiji. 👍

Ah, NFS 2015. A shining example of how graphics don't make the game. Definitely one of the prettiest titles out there, but it's far from the best. FAR from the best.

@Alex K We need more games like 2015. Heat came close, oh so very close, but the ending shattered that whole illusion (though I must admit, I'm very glad we have a REAL M3 GTR in Heat). We just need a game where the main character wants to be the best street racer is maybe just the city the game takes place in. No funky gangs that want you dead for [insert stupid background reason with no relation to the story or character here] or something stupid like "oh, there's a huge race i wanna win for no other reason besides that my rival's in it, guess i gotta go win it." In terms of street racing games with stories, NFS 2015 was the best one. Its physics could do with a lot of tweaking and there are some more work that could go into the game, but besides that 2015 was modern NFS at it's finest, and I pray that we get another game similar to it in the future.

NFS crumbled when undercover came out. For almost a decade each one was garbage after another. This one I thought it would be like Underground 3 or Carbon 2 like fans requested, but they failed again. The graphics are awesome, I don't think they can get better, and real life videos are good too. But there is nothing in game like Underground/Carbon/or2005Most Wanted, missing so many good cars, customizing sucks, again not difficulty settings which is ridiculous, soundtrack sucks, cant change music, cant play my own music cause new generation systems are bs, the big ass yellow arrows covering the whole road makes is so unrealistic and cant even turn it off, the story mode is not even fun or exciting. Graphics and in game videos are good, everything else trash. They need to hire back the Asians that made underground/carbon and old most wanted, because all new nfs games fucking suck, and they don't even listen to their fans, they just keep making what they imagines in their dumb fucking minds. Now I have,to buy every new nfs used at gamestop and return in the same day cause I got a piece of shit in the box. Make a underground 3 with difficulty settings, just update the fucking graphics, new city, and new story mode but leave the fucking game that people love the most the way it was you little Asian freaks! READ WHAT FANS WANT! UGH I WOULD PUT VX GAS IN THEIR RICE IF I HAD SOME, AND MAKE THEM EAT, AND THEN GO DANCE YOU BITCH, RUINED MY FAVORITE CHILDHOOD GAME YOU LITTLE HAMSTER, WELL FUCK YOU NOW!

This game had potential. It looked so much like the Underground 3 that so many people have been asking for. But the always online thing killed the game, along with the fact that you were never able to pause the game. They also should've added a 24-hour cycle. You really should try out Need for Speed Payback though. It has customization, you can play offline, and some other cool stuff that we might see once it comes out in November.

Most boring storyline....Good gameplay but without story...
