little missplay. unless I am mistaken the wording on Destined by fate is "when a saving throw is failed", so Magnus couldn't negate a devastating wound with it

I think you're right, but luckily in this case it was a mistake that didn't make a whole lot of difference in the end, as he got hit by another mortal moments later that really wouldn't have made any impact had it been used elsewhere 😊

Just a heads up from a fellow Thousand Sons player, with a common frustration - none of the Mutalith Vortex Beast's weapon profiles count as psychic (sadly and weirdly) so it can't get any bonuses from Magnus nor Wrath of the Immaterium : (

How can you watch that and not think necrons aren’t broken? Excessively and unnecessarily overturned.

Now all we need is a bat rep featuring the greatest of rivalries. The Space Egyptians vs. The Space Vikings. In the Burning of Prospero the sequel anyone got the marshmallows.

I love how they use music in these games, it makes it feel more enticing and enjoyable. And for those wondering, one of the somgs is called bad by royal deluxe. And its unsed multiple times but its spaced out which makes it nice.

Magnus and the nightrbinger fighting is the sort of thing you'd see on a metal album cover. Also, picturing magnus and ahriman bickering afterwards as to WHO was more or less competant is fun too.

As a Space Vikings person, Mubin starting to roll hot had me worried. That Necron setup seemed really fun to play!

Magnus vs Night Bringer - now there is a story I want to read

Mubin was behind the eight ball from the first round. Its hard enough to come back from a 20 point deficit, but Michael extended his lead to 30 points by the end of the game. The dice betrayed Mubin early on, but they came back to him later, though that stilk couldn't save hin from a number of tactical mistakes.

Let me guess, Mubin loses, as always?

This is awesome. I’m getting into Warhammer. Starting with black Templars but I look to main Necrons in the future. One question for Michael: how do you paint those models. Your Necrons look amazing and I wanna know how you do it.

Loving all you guys do. Where did those wound markers come from? I have seen them in last 2 fights and they look pretty nice.

I love the sportscaster vibes, but might I suggest leaning into more. Like when figures die you could label what they are or how much damage a model has taken or has left, like health bars or something? It would add to the atmosphere and keep everyone fixed on every concurrent event.

This makes me hate Necrons so much more but I still enjoy watching Micheal play

Fun game would of been cool to see a less meta necron list. Couple cool different lists coming out lately. When i saw 2 ctan and monolith i rolled my eyes slightly. Thats been played to death by alot around the world

Yup the phase is gone, it's all now ranged or melee weapons with Psychic keywords or abilities with the Psychic keyword

Hyper Crypt and Monolith is SPICY

I love Necrons but I have no idea how to win against them. I desperately claw away wounds and then they heal. What a flavorful yet frustrating ability. Haha

i´m a Necron player myself and the best advice i can give is : Focus down 1 Unit at a time like all 10 Immortals down to 0 so then they can´t reanimate and second advice is (depends on if he Plays Hypercrypt) try to avoid the C´tan, they are slow and kinda short ranged with max 18'. So good luck on you next Battle, hope i could help.

I dont know if its Mubins horrible luck on rolls or Tzeentch trolling KSon players but im scared to play KSons now
