I love that you are playing one of the white dwarf mini- campaign. This looks really fun and a nice intro to Necromunda. Some of these could be a nice kick off to a larger campaign. Keep up the great work!

Tom Ryan still need the rulebooks. Just smaller missions. Ash has already played a game with it.

This was very fun and fresh and this vampire-themed gang is just too cool not to like it. :)

Fun, short game. I guess you can play these in campaign if you're unlucky enough to ave a bunch of guys in recovery and don't have enough models to field a full gang.

Don't know if you are house ruling it, but normally bottle checks only count models on the board to begin with. So the Orlock gang shouldn't haven been counting the reserves when working out if they broke. (Love the necromunda batreps though!)

Raw yes, however in reality if you are fighting and decide to flee due to losing but the rest of your gang has arrived and are providing moral support. It's a good house rule.

15:45 lol you get to coup de grace any time all models are prone and seriously injured at the end of combat. Not just when they charged.

18:30ish, your opponent gets to make a Willpower test for the fighter when you play Distraction. If they fail, then they can only take a single action.

at 16:00 they get an extra melee attack cause they have a "two melee weapons". A pistol and melee weapon. Is that correct ? I tough you only got a extra attack if you have two of the same type weapon (two melee or two pistol). I couldn't find it in a FAQ. I am just wondering since im new and I play delaque and I would get a bunch of extra attacks. But great video.

I know this is a year old, but do you recall witch White Dwarf these missions came from?

How do I get those walls/terrain?

When are we gonna see the van saar in play? You've hinted that you've had them, yet we haven't seen them so, begs the question, when will they be seen?

14:30 Trying to charge around the target and into the back, then deciding off camera this is not legal?

Please tell me, where did you get those walls? They match up to the tiles perfectly. I have a great need to buy them.

A question to anyone. I really want to get into Necromunda but not sure what to buy? I've heard that the main box (Necromunda: Underhive) is out of date with old rules? Should I just buy Necromunda: Rulebook separately and gangs of the underhive? But what about markers, dice and templates? Is the separate Necromunda: Rulebook different from what's in the box? What do you guys suggest for someone who wants to get started?

OK, wall of text incoming. If you get the original box set, and you never want to play a campaign only 1-off skirmish game, you can get by with the official errata and FAQ which will update that book to a current enough standard to play. But you're still gonna need Gangs of the Underhive which has the rules for all 6 house gangs, trading post, hired guns, hangers-on etc. If you like either Goliath or Escher the original box is a no-brainer, you get the tiles and counters and dice and templates, and tactics cards you need to play. Otherwise you are going to have to get those piecemeal from ebay. The revised rulebook you'll eventually want as it has the main campaign system and full rules, and most importantly the majority of the scenarios (the ones you get in the original boxed set are not updated for campaign play). Or you can get Dark Upraising, which has the updated core rules but not the rest of the rulebook such as psykers. It also has a different campaign and set of scenarios. The box of course has all the peripherals including more tokens than the original box for secondary conditions you might face, but note you can download all the tokens for free from the GW file page, as well as some tactics cards. The other 3 books are optional. The Book of Peril has Venator gangs (use any model build your own like the vampires here), and lots of rules for hazardous terrain, and some exotic equipment that honestly isnt worth buying (except for pet rats, always buy a pet rat). The Book of Judgement has rules for Enforcers (also in Dark Uprising), a new campaign type (making it 3 in total to choose from), black market equipment, and outlaw hired guns. The Book of Ruin has Chaos Cults, Genestealer Cults, Corpse Grinder Cults (also in Dark Uprising), 12 scenarios, and some arbitrator tools, most of which are designed for Uprising campaigns from Dark Uprising. If you are going to be a pirate, buy the books after previewing them please. I hope that answers your questions.

@@Dubstyles84 Thanks for a great reply. Any chance they will swap out the old rulebook for the new correct one in the main box? It would suck if I bought the main box and the separate rules just to find out that they re-release the box with correct stuff in it. I am mostly interested in running traditional gangs in a campaign mode. So guess the main box plus the separate rules and gangs of the underhive book?

Can someone tell me what terrain this is? The walls i mean
