Sooo.... Basically this is just a mix of dwarf fortress adventure mode and the base building mode. Just call it another dwarf fortress copycat

Mind you this game is being developed by one man only, so even though he keeps pushing updates like every month, he's still only one man, don't bash him like some of those "triple A" corps.

Pft, lots of one man only games have been masterpieces lately, worth these days are all flipped, it's kinda crazy even some beloved triple A Game Studios managed to fail.

Wrong there is multiple developers, and the devs are somewhat rude in the discord.

I actually picked it up on sale 2 months ago, right as the game started to gain popularity. Its a bit rough, but truly has incredible potential, i cant wait for what the workshop will provide!

You know the moment you mentioned the similarities to rimworld and that it has mod support was the moment someone got the idea to add an organ harvesting mod, right?

Something they have in common is survival, building, resource gathering, open world, exploration, and building a place for ur npcs to live

Ay yo, Noobert, if you want another Rimworld-esque game to talk about, there's one called Keplerth. It's basically Rimworld but you can only control a single character, and it's multiplayer, so it's like you and a bunch of other players ARE the Rimworld pawns, and you work together to build, farm, cook, mine, fight, etc...all that good Rimworld stuff.

I just bought it, you made me buy it, sincerely, 10/10, I joined a multiplayer server and basically went to a forest island, and claimed it, found a handgun in a chest and started shooting in the caves

I like both RimWorld and Terraria so this sounds fun.

This just looks amazing! Feels like I'll finally be able to play proper Rimworld multiplayer with my friends! Definitely going to try this one out

I feel like Mr Streamer's Terraria playthrough bled into here..

I'd love to see a gameplay of this game, this game got me interested to play it

I'm not paying 60 dollars for Dragon Quest builders 2 so I play this

Has a pixeljunk lierro vibe to the combat that's interesting.. what about the PvE aspect though?

Thanks. Always like hearing about new Dwarf Fortress clones. Check out Songs of Syx and keep an eye on Going Medieval and The First Men, though those last two need a lot more work to be enjoyable.

@@Noobert ended up buying it. I was a tester for the game a few years ago but it wasnt that good and had very little content so i ended up giving up on it; glad it made it so far though

@@DasSlenderMan @SlenderMan i was doing some searching for new games like terraria and stumbled upon it on a wedsite (forgot the name). I filled out a form and got sent a copy, he ended up doing some of my suggestions like those chests that spawn on every island so it isnt so empty... he didnt make it where swinging a sword can break and arrow though; said it would be too easy

The staff need to inform you the character pumping non stop is garbage as you obviously don’t listen to comments. ITS ANNOYING

PLEASE for the love of god boost your voice audio in your videos

RimWorld is not lua either 🤔
