When I went back and read this issue after the last ronin was released I was like this is exactly where they came up with the last ronin idea from their own source material. So cool.

I just got this guy a few minutes ago at Target and I love it. I was surprised to see it at Target because I thought it was a Best Buy exclusive because I was going to order it from there after going to a couple Best Buy locations hunting for the Wanderer but I find it today at Target 😀

Never, never ever, change that chill music playing while showing the photo shots at the end of your videos. Its just a calming, happy, nostalgic feeling every time I hear it!

A really good review of a great figure. It's a shame that these awesome Neca TMNT figures can't be found or bought in Canada at all. We still don't have the Mirage 4 Pack, and this Wanderer is no different. For Canadians, we can buy side characters from BBTS and Amazon with no issue, but it's really bizarre how the actual _main characters_ are damn near impossible to obtain.

IDK about the unmasked turtle sculpt? It’s like that guy who wears a hat every since you’ve known him and then one day he shows up not wearing a hat.

Awesome video man! I wasnt sure if I wanted to pick this one up. but after looking at him posed.. he looks awesome! I wish he had an alternate head. Like the one we see in the box. I might just het him and make a custom head!

8:34 Man, I been thinking that too. Unmasked heads for the mirage turtles would be so dope. Maybe they can be in an accessory pack so we can get those and other miscellaneous items (i.e Mikey's cat, some space guns, bandana pieces to put around their necks, more hands, some comics). There could be some other stuff, but nothing comes to mind rn.

For me, he’s probably going to go with my Last Ronin section. He looks so much like how Mikey did when he was the last turtle alive, wandering to retrain himself. (Probably specifically a reference to this comic)

His sword sheaths are removable. I removed mine 5 times. Just keep wiggling it and it will come out.

With the amount of effort they put into every aspect of these, I feel like it would be so much easier for neca to just give these turtles mythic legions ball joints at the waist. Like less parts, easier construction, and more poseablity. I wonder why they dont? Great review though

with all these different variations of the turtles I hope we get figures from every show (the 2003 show, the 2012 show, and the 2018 show) just imagining this style of figure for the 2012 show is amazing, and hopefully NECA eventually gets around to those interpretations.

Do you have an overall favorite Ninja Turtle figure? A "Pocket Figure"? That little Spring turtle looks very interesting to me.

Oooohh I think my go to pocket TMNT figure has been the Mirage Splinter! I’m not sure if I have an overall favorite, they do such a great job so often that it’s hard to pick!

Not sure if you can tell, but is he fully painted underneath that overlay? Or is that sculpted on?

It seems like only movie Neca turtles are 7 inch scale but comics and cartoon are closer to 6.

Yaaaay the none sculpted straps are questionable but overall the figure looks amazing!!

It's really cool to see NECA is exploiting the comics in a good sense, that's awesome. Not too interested in him but the idea of unmasked heads does feel different and original at this point
