Good to know the bumper snaps off, mine doesn't work "well" on one side (I have to reach down and tap it). Thanks for this video (I've had my Neato for a long time, the lidar went out recently, the new motor for that is coming in the mail).

Hello sir, In D series Battery. black wire negative and red wire positive. What about two yellow wires. And where in the battery is connected ?

The main grey-colored wheels on my Botvac (the exact model you're showing in this video) make an unpleasant "whirring" sound -- but only when at full acceleration. For instance, when the machine is on and stationary, it sounds great. When it's slowly moving around corners etc. it sounds great. But when it's at full acceleration, such as when it's going back and forth in a grid-like pattern when vacuuming a large open space, the two large main wheels make this "whirring" or "whining" sound. I can best describe it as the sound made when you crank a small hand crank generator or emergency solar radio etc. ...I see from your instructions to make sure that the wheels are clean (they are), but is there anything else that can be done to fix this? When it was new this sound did not occur (it started after only a few months of use). Thanks!

It seems the problem you are describing can be caused by the wheel module's internal gears. We would suggest you open the robot and grease the gears. If your robot is still under warranty, then we suggest you contact your re-seller.
