Bonjour Violaine, le ndole déjà lavé ? Le ndole sec ? Bref dans tous les cas faites le bouillir avec du sel germe jusqu'à ce que ça soit bien tendre et plus d'amertume.

Jusqu'à ce que ça devienne tendre. Je ne peux donner un temps Parce-que ça dépend. Nos viandes ici aux États Unis ne dure pas au feu comme les viandes du pays ( Afrique)

Had it been English I would have understood fairly and it would have been a hit!! My curiosity, is it a finger food? Do you eat it with a spoon on it's own or do you have to eat it with some kinda Bread? Lot's of love from the land of queens Ethiopia east Africa.

Hello, sorry you can't understand. It is a Cameroonian (central African)meal, we can eat it with boiled ripe plantain, miondo (yucca or kasava that has been fermented, blended and cooked I've posted a video) With plantain and yucca, you can eat with fork. we can also eat it with fufu, with fufu you can eat with your finger. Thanks for the love. I live Ethiopia, I love Africa❤️❤️❤️
