Ndīna mīaka 7, mami anduīte ngombo ya kúmūhūrīra Nguo mena mūthuriwe na ciana ciao! 😢😢

At the age of 7, Wanja was no longer going to school. Her mother refused her! Wanja was ordered to stay at home, cook, wash, fetch firewood and when she was done preparing lunch, she was supposed to take it to her step sisters who were in school! Those were the orders of her own mother.
Catch part two of Wanja's story here:

Very sad story. Reminds of a very similar one where a woman dumped twins in a garbage pit for a Mzungu who never married her. Later, one gal looked for her across boarders, and took care of her until her death. Listening to Wanja reminds me of her mother as the Ostrich God has talked about in Job 39:13-17. But am still wondering what kind of curse this is, everyone rejected her while growing up? Wanja, No weapon formed against shall prosper. May God's love embrace you always.

Thank you to the step dad, the one who paid her KCPE, the one who took her in, the lady who took her brother and her shosho. May your cup of blessings never stop overflowing. Even the teacher who was accused of sleeping with her for taking her to school may God bless. Gal you are strong. My mom was tossed from family to family but non took her to school and it was only 20/- they used her as their housemaid and rn non of their kids are successful now. God is always there for the motherless❤

Wanja's story can be turned into book. Perhaps the father should explain the source of the hatred towards her. It would explain the underlying cause of the hatred towards your own child which is very strange. All those people who played a positive role should be acknowledged, the grandmother, Milka, the teachers, the lady who gave her 500 for kcpe, the step father in Meru who did not become a beast when she was very vulnerable after running away from Tigania

Pole my fellow Othaya girl. Tegemea Mungu Baba, atakusaidia. Those who reject you , reject them back! Let nobody guilt trip you here with forgiveness. It is a long slow process and at one's own pace. Bless those who helped you and your brother. Si kufurahia and i know it hurts the child most ,but most deadbeats die early because God doesnt allow them to eat the children's wealth, whom they didnt bring up. Na hawa watu who keep chasing these children who have nobody , Mungu anawaona. Its no wonder God will never hear some of your prayers hasa kuhusu magojwa because you didnt listen to the cry of the poor( per Matthew 25;40)

Wanja did not need to go through all this, it was too painful but you are very resilient and have emerged victorious. Now that I think about it, there several cases where people abandon their children I personally know of one or two relatives. And what I have learned through this story - we have a responsibility to help. I think what happened to Wanja and other similar cases, shows lack of empathy and selfishness using the excuse - it is not my problem (eku nyina wao?), yet they can very well see the child has been abandoned, the question we should ask ourselves is, if you are not helping, who do you expect to help? It is hard, and it requires one to sacrifice, but we must aim to do something, help even if it is for a day. If you listen to Wanja, she could have used a meal even for one day to keep her going. Let us all endeavor to be kinder to fellow human beings, especially children, it does not matter that their mothers or fathers are somewhere drinking or having a good time, help the child if they need it. It is a big indictment to our society that Wanja could have been suffering as much as she has described, as a tiny child and people saw this and chose to look the other way. It is truly shameful. All the best to her.

I went through this episode but it was my sister. She mistreated me to the end of finding a woman to employ me as household. I run away and used to stay from one place to the other looking for odd farm jobs to do so I can pay my school. I was still a primary school kid.Let God be God he pays every evil for good because I got good parents whom adopted me from nowhere and I was able to go to secondary school. And the rest is history because I am now a citizen in USA and I forgave them and I helped whenever I could. I feel the pain wanja went through. We do evil not knowing what the destiny holds for us and it turns back to us.I am a testimony of this evil act but God saved me

I don’t think so -is there a possibility of spiritual war of rejection in this lady’s life??? What is the precedent story of this “name” Wanja in the family? Wanja appears to be a very hard working good natured temperate lady??? Wanja, you are destined for greatness. Focus on yourself and your life now you have survived in really tough situations. Oh my God, I have cried throughout this story. Uuii gucino ni thabai, nyoka, umubemba mitungi, kuhura jeans trousers, kuna nguu miti iguruu, mtoto wa miaka 7, surely. Huyu mother alikuwa shaitan kabisa. Baba yake mzazi, biological sisters, aunties haki ataheri uncle mwenye alikuwa anaangalia Murii. Anyway family ya Tigania, how they mistreated her. All those people who chased you Wanja, forgive them all. Wanja is a bright girl, I wish you went upto secondary school, your English is good you would have been in good position in this country. I really thank God for all those chipped in to help you. The lady who took you to gikomba, bought you dresses and trousers even though your mum gave them to your stepsisters wa meru. Ule driver wa tigania alikutoa bila kukucharge fare, the lady who paid for KCPE exams, Milka, Njoki who was the best customer for the first time Blouse ya 50/= sold at 500/= and promoted you business ya clothes, Wanja God loves you so much that He was always sending you Angels to protect you in many occasions. Eg, snakes, gamepark men, stage man rapes, sicknesses from cold water, etc. Oh God help wanja to have a good, caring husband to compensate the lost love when she in childhood life. He acts as her loving mother, father and husband. Wanja love your kids and most importantly forgive them all who hurted you and you will go far with your blessings.

I thank God on her behalf, the Meru man, Cucu, The girl who took her in and the one who bought the blouse not forgetting the one who paid her she is dearly amazing and I personally went through this similar experience after the death of my mother in 1975.

I wonder if Wanjas mother had an affair when married and akapata Wanja when she was still married. That's why she had to leave with her? That's why her dad never accepted her back? I am just wondering?
