Please verify you are using the correct license file provided by the management portal and that the contents of the file were not changed by an automated virus filter or other means." please when you make this all steps then after restart machine and try again licence generate. After this is work , main problem service doesn't work backend and you try genereate licence file but actually licence file inside empty then after you can try to upload online system and system give to you error (:

Hello. We have been using Ncomputing terminals since 2007 without any problems. We are currently using the L300 models. We ran into a problem recently. When we connect to the internet from any terminal, the keyboards of the connected users of all other terminals write different characters. For example, when you press the "w" key, the number "2" is written on the screen. When you press the "W" key again, it writes a different character. Or when you press other keys, different characters are written on the screen. When the user in the terminal shuts down the internet, the keyboards in the other terminals and the keyboard of the user connected to the main machine start to work without any problems. Our operating system is Win10Pro - 64 bit. To fix the problem we changed the keyboards, changed the ethernet cables but the problem was not solved. What should we do? Can you help me?
