Is it mandatory to have an switch for lan?? Or it may use to connect directly server pc port

if you want to set only one pc as the server and more than 3 client devices then only switch is needed...for a 1server+3client setup switch is not needed... and by the way if you want to setup more than 3 clients with 1 server pc, the server pc must have atleast 8 GB RAM, 3GHz processor dual core or more

which version you are using of Windows 7 for MX 100s installation ? Currently I am using Windows 10 Pro but it is so slow

No other cost is required if you purchase the device it comes with licence till its end of life. just you have to properly register the device in the website of ncomputing

you have to create multiple users...and only one user per station can be logged in...server user cannot be accessed on n computing devices unless u add the server administrator user to the remote users group

always log in on each single device using a unique user like for example u have a server pc and three n computing access devices so u need to create at least 3 users other than your server user account i.e. for example is "server_admin" which was created when you installed windows on your server pc. then you need to create three new user like for example client_1, client_2, client_3 for the three access devices...

Sir, 1. Can we use wifi internet in client computers where wifi is connected to main server pc? 2. Can we do different tasks in every client and server pc? For Example : Client 1 : working on MS EXCEL Client 2 : working on Tally Accounting Software Server : working on chrome browser.

yes you can use wifi connection from server to all client for internet Yes you can use different instances of applications running on different station

Is it work in windows 10 home edition or it need pro/premium edition of win10?

VSpace Server works with Windows 10 Pro only

Because I was using it in Ubuntu

there is a problem with this windows installer package a script required for this install to complete could not be run contact your support personnel or package vendor

install all updates for Windows, more specifically .Net Framework 3.5 and VC Redistributable from 2013 to latest. then redownload the NComputing software from official website by loging into your account. If it doesn't help... fresh install windows, install drivers, install uldates, install .Net framework and VC Redistributable packages and then try

connect server with a switch then connect the main Mx100s device lan to switch....this way you can connect as main sets of MX100s devices

i forgot the device setup password how can i reset it

there is a reset button on the MX100s main device. locate it...it has a pin hole marked reset. just take e pin and push it inside the hole and hold until device reboots.. password and all the settings done on the device will be wiped out. You'll need to reconfigure settings on the main device. Server computer has nothing to do with it. Nothing will be tampered on server. just reconfigure on the main device of MX100S after resetting

if problem persists..then follow this article support.ncomputing.com/portal/en/kb/articles/this-ncomputing-device-is-not-authorized-to-use-the-version-of-vspace-pro-to-which-you-are-connecting If you are not willing to purchase any more licences then use an older version of NComputing software which was working prior this problem came

due to hardware restrictions windows 10 isn't supported on the server... anyhow my people are still using windows 7 due to this constraint hence this video is for them
