On Thursday afternoon, NBA Youngboy, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, smiled as he walked into court with his attorneys. The rapper waived his right to a preliminary hearing and the judge set a $100,000 bond for Gaulden. Gaulden is accused of conducting a prescription drug fraud operation.

Well that’s how it goes when you’re locked up. Every time I had court when I was in county for 2 consecutive robberies I was in cuffs and shackles on my feet. Standard procedure I’m pretty sure. You’re an inmate at county. Not staying at the Hilton.

I'd much rather he be sentenced to a state-of-the-art treatment center for addiction, and as opposed to having him pay bail, have him pay for the treatment (expensive). Jails nor prisons are equipped to deal with addiction. I'd ask for the same for anybody struggling with addiction, so no famous person bias here.

The state has to present their case to the court and prove they have enough evidence for the case to proceed and ALOT of the time they can't do that and cases get thrown out right then and there. Thats why the state likes to throw a deal to waiv ur prelim. Bros right, don't EVER wait ur prelim

He’s not getting released from the Utah case until he sees that Judge in Louisiana and that Judge is going to revoke his pre trial status because of his criminal behavior in Utah and the only rehab that he is going to get is the rehab he’s getting now. Cold Turkey
