I love trash talking in sports. It adds more excitement, drama, and raises the competition to another level. Also, players play with more force when it gets personal. Instead of discouraging it, coaches should develop mental fortitude and focus in their players to combat it. Ofc, sportsmanship when it's all said and done. Like fighters will talk all types of shit to each other, but when the fight is over, they'll hug it out and pay their respects. Athletes should be physically AND mentally strong.
