@@SeedOilFitnessOfficial intentional elbows to the face are a lot more dirty than plays on the ball with hard landings. Caruso got hurt, that sucks. The play wasn’t remotely “dirty”. If it were any other player, it would have been a flagrant 1 and people wouldn’t have batted an eye. Sad Caruso got hurt, but you’re delusional if you think an international elbow to a guy’s face is cleaner than a play on the ball with an unfortunate landing.

the title is a little misleading. There are rules for how players can react and speak to officials. I imagine the majority of the ejections have to do with the reaction the players have and more importantly what they say to the officials. So saying they are "questionable" really isn't fitting.
