It's really sad to see Klay leave the Warriors but I wish him nothing but the best for his future, and the Mavericks are lucky to have this guy on their roster now. I hope he can pull off a few more legendary performances, and make as many people as possible regret clowning and judging him for a single bad game by torching their favorite team.

I don’t want to see him torch the Warriors. It just wouldn’t feel right. I told my son Klay’s last game was bad, and he will be judged for his performance. I never thought he wouldn’t be a Warrior. Someone please answer this question. How is a man, that's one half of of the best shooting duo of all time, top 5 shooters all time, starting two guard on a dynasty with four championship that probably don’t happen without him, scored 37 points in a quarter(unheard of), 14 3's in a game, have been a constant high level 2 way player for most of his career (minus the injuries). You've never heard nothing but great words about him. Someone please tell me how Klay Thompson is not one of the top 75 players of all time? Who did the selecting, Sister Mary Clarence and the Blind Boys of Alabama? My opinion warriors messed up, Steph and Klay are supposed to retire together. This league is not to be taken serious.

That was ONE OF MANY HUGE RESENTMENTS that happened to Klay. I think the voting happened the first season he was OUT of the game due to his devastating injuries. IT WAS HORRIBLE that he got overlooked. That was not on the Warriors. That voting came from the League or data people, etc.

What? Did you actually watch the games? He is now basically a role player. Basically a streaky shooter who got torched defensively. Younger guards just blew by him and there was no Bogut back there to protect the rim. There won't be on the Mavs either. I wish Klay the best of luck but he has never sniffed being close to what he was pre-2019 finals injury. I am not sure the Mavs weren't better off with Tim Hardaway Jr. when you account for the finances.

KLAY is a WINNER he was the main reason why GSW was so good, not Curry or KD both great, but both are not winners. No one will agree, but here are the FACTS. Klay, 2 years injured, we were horrible. Before Klay was drafted, we were horrible and that team had Curry. Now Klay gone we will be .500 or below.

no it hasn't dude just averaged 22pts and led the league in threes season before last and still averaged 18 pts last season in less minutes per game. he might not have had as many big klay moments and some bad games that stuck out but he was still better than 75% of the league. dude was clearly not focused last season bcuz of the contract bs going on. his wind was good and he was running the floor just fine. his defense and shooting picked up the second half of the season. in his 11 season playing, 13 overall as a player hev averaged 20+ ppg for 7 seasons. even when he first came back from his 2 yr off only playing 32 games he averaged 20 ppg. ya'll just kicking him to the curb after ONE subpar klay season. last time he averaged 18 ppg was his third or fourth year in the league. will come out prove all ya'll disloyal fans and haters wrong!
