2k14 is the only launch title I still play. The stuff live lacks in is animations and responsiveness. 2k on the other hand has too many animations which makes you feel your moves and shots are cut scenes rather than controlled gameplay.

The physics lol. Dwade hits ball off his elbow hard enough to 1) reach the giant screen and 2) bounce back with more force than it had initially

For the longest time I've been trying to figure out how to do the 720 and the Rainbow Flick that came from football(soccer). Can someone post a tutorial vid for this outdated game?

That's nothing compared to what i saw Dwight Howard do in this game, he placed the ball on the floor rainbow flicked the ball up to bounce off the shot clock which later bounces off the jumbotron and proceeds to catch the ball in mid air while doing a 360 and dunked it. I couldn't believe that shit and it was the first day i got that game

i never get why on the first attempt people start panicking and do a basic dunk and get a low ass score when the clock goes below 5, i mean does their brain freeze and make them think they gotta get in a dunk or else they're gonna get a 0? just a tip guys, you seem to hurry and go for a basic dunk right, meaning you do finish a dunk but you get anywhere from 20-30 and if your lucky you get 35 so why the fuck don't you just rim and miss your dunk instead so you get another chance to get that 47-50? i use to see this almost at will with players i used to play with, the one's i knew personally i would tell them about it but not if i didn't know them unless i could tell they were nice cool people

Man I just got done playing 05 and never seen this gameplay. This is straight up horrendous animation. The should’ve never sped up the movements and the gather is nonexistent. The catch seems glitchy majority of the time. (Ps. I know I’m not a game critic)
