Manu got starter minutes but on the bench he got to be a combo guard and first option. He also got 5-7 minutes in the first quarter and minutes in the second to observe the starters and come up with a game plan and do what he wanted when he came in. He played most minutes in the second half and finished games. He wasn't a real bench player because he got starter minutes and everyone say him as an all star. Plus TP and TD didn't need him to star the game, he would have been out there with out the ball not having to do much the beginning of the game. Plus he started a ton of games to or was subbed in like 90 seconds in.

Eurostep was always allowed by the rules. Its just that refs in correctly called it a travel. Manu made it popular in fiba because it is allowed and when he got to the nba, everyone realized it was allowed. David robinson did the Eurostep like Giannis but refs incorrectly would call it a travel. The issue is the nba realized it was allowed by the rules, but instead of saying well we always thought it wasn't allowed and played like it wasn't so we will offically change the rules, they said its allowed now.
