This isn’t a matter of coaching AD and Bron, it’s the fact he didn’t know how to coach the other players. He didn’t utilize those role players that way the needed.

Facts. He can't draw up plays for his players strengths. Dinwiddie and Gabe Vincent shouldn't be scoring 2 points in 28 to 30 min. It's partly his fault for not setting them up for the best opportunities

Clippers window has closed. Time for them to rebuild with younger players. Darwin Ham didn’t get better. I liked Frank Vogel coaching style!

6years, 4 different coach. Best player who ever played, this has to be laughable, when is LBJ going to take responsibility for his actions, did his coach miss the open shot that Nuggets win off or how about Ham came in the to play defense for LBJ instead. LBJ is not a top 5 player of all time.

Ham did a horrible job at the Bottom of the playoff seeding both years couldn't come up with plays that had 3s raining down they gotta get someone who can teach this 3 point game now

Dear Lebron James Haters: It's all about EXPECTATIONS.....owners have expectations when LBJ is on the team.....and typically a short leash for young coaches. Unfortunately for LBJ....Spoelstra and Ty Lue....were the only young coaches that got the job done. Players play.... coaches coach.... managers manage. Was the leash short with Ham, probably so.
