It was just great anticipation. He plays defense just like Jordan did. And kinda the same way kuechle played linebacker. They played defense from an offensive point of view. Kawhi knew that they baseline bounce pass was coming and the only path it could've came was way he dove to. Jordan's anticipation was uncanny. I've never seen anyone anticipate like him besides Kawhi. And go look at kuechle top 3 defensive awareness plays. He played them from the mindset of the quarterback with amazing anticipation.
