New game has 8 new facescans (except hair, beard and rookie scans which is necessary). PC still has old gen etc etc. What a great company. WELL DONE 2K...

Why can’t 2k create their own face scan of Anthony Edwards using different pictures of him like modders do? Buy the rights to the reference pictures and create a face scan? How hard can it be?

Mitchell Robinson still looks like when he came into the league in 2018. He has gained a lot of bulk since coming into the league and yet he is still skinny.

4 sum rzn nba2k23 looks better for the most part like it’s more crisp and sharp with the contrast and brightness affecting the overall color in a good way vs nba2k24 which has less base contrast and a higher base brightness which is why the general color sucks and looks more white/grey which is good if your wearing those colors along with all black but other than that I’d pick 23 < 24 as far as how the graphics look as a whole. But I do have to give it to 2K24 for the differences/additions to the MyCareer! This was the first year I was fully able to make my “OP” builds that are exactly to my liking!! Like for example I made an almost exact Curry Build along with a very close KD Build (doesn’t have his 85+ ball handle it caps at around 75 for a 6’10 I think, but I went with 6’9” 185-188 lbs. and it capped at 80 which is fine and honestly all I need, and acceleration / speed & w/ball is in the 70’s) But the shooting/finishing is dead-on accurate and that includes all of the tier 1-2 shooting badges HOF & Blinders along with the rest of tier 3 gold ofc which is all you really need tbh.. And for the important finishing badges I have HOF Pro Touch & Giant Slayer only for PF/C that sit in the paint also for gold badges I have Aerial Wizard, Acrobat, Slithery, Fearless Finisher and Limitless Takeoff along with silver Posterizer, Fast Twitch, Masher, and all the post move badges on silver including bronze bully which is very important (I wish it was on silver but it costs too much plus the Build is supposed to be skinny and kinda quick) lastly for Playmaking it has Gold Ankle Breaker and Hyperdrive & silver Killer Combos, Unpluckable and Post Playmaker and the rest are bronze... I can’t forget to add that it has 1 HOF, 3 Gold and 4 Silver Defensive Badges and the rest except Glove is Bronze which imo is pretty decent for an Offensive Juggernaut Type Of Build.... 👍🏻🧁🐍🔥

Go on accessories and it should be under hairstyles, you do have to save roster and load it when playing. Hopefully they make it permanent for him in a future update

I skipped 23 but comparing to 21/22 there is a significant upgrade in face textures resolution🔥 now We can zoom rely close with new great instant replay menu, I was impressed with some players detail and quality when zooming in extremely. I'll Put some video soon on my channel 😊🔥

I'm still on the fence with this, facial hair still likes cut and paste out of place. Some scans look slightly better some slightly worse.

They do that on purpose. A lot of these players are young and have patchy beards, others cut it badly, have receding hairlines and stuff... it's hard to replicate that without doing a caricature. As such, more than half of these are face scans, so they're not simmetric as people aren't either in real life. KD is the best examples out of everything I mentioned

they need work on almost all these scans cause most of them are copy and paste with more/less facial hair and hair, a copy and paste from older games or just a copy and paste from 23 with darker lighting💀

Clarkson looks so realistic and 2K 24 is way better because the sweat because on 23 it didn’t have much sweat and luka omggggg so much more better than it was on 24 than it was in 23

Main thing they gota fix is the clothing shirts not moving realstic looking plastic

I think the vibrant colors that 3d rendering can provide will always trump real life. Used to be years ago you couldn't tell the difference but now if everything is exceptionally bright you know you're looking at a video game.

its the same game over the years. With only tweaks in color. I wouldnt buy same game if i can update the roster. i might buy if they use 60fps cut scene on console. Im sick of stuttering on jumpball 30 to 60fps transistion on console.
