Looking at this, I can see why 2K9 was so loved when it came out. The graphical jump from 2K8 vs 9 isn’t talked about enough

Steph was drafted in 2009, and didn't become known as the best shooter until 2015. Absolutely incredible career. So interesting. I know the injuries, but still a wild comeback that isn't talked about enough.

Damn Peja use to be so goated ! Fun Fact Peja was one of the first NBA 2K players to get his signature jump shots before every player had one in the game!

In the original 2k you can direct where you want to shoot it…you can make a full court/half court shot at the end of each quarter

I’ve hit a bunch of half court shots in the past two games. I think it’s a lot easier than it was previously. Also lame for giving up! I played 2k2 and finally hit a half court after 264 attempts. Its possible!

This franchise was so much better pre 2k18. Ever since 2k18 the servers have been unplayable and the shot meter kills immersion. I know you can turn it off but the shot releases don't line up with what you're seeing on screen

I wonder if the percentage of making the half court shot goes down as you continue to only try that and miss. Like the player is getting cold.
