That’s always been 2K’s issue. Go back to 2K8/9 or so. They all stand around with these weird docile facial expressions .

The graphics are not amazing at all, it's the same from last year and last gen, all they did was touch up the jerseys, add more lighting/sweat, and update a few facescans. PC mods out there look way better and more accurate than this. Last time we got a brand new look and game was 2K14 next gen and they haven't surpassed the look of that since

graphically everything looks more realistic and less cartoonish on 22 imo

Yes the technology for next scan is the most realistic we have gotten, Rondo and CP3 are great examples who had good scans but were cartoonish, now its just amazing. I am hoping they can re-scan everyone.

colours deff have been fixed from last year. The colours were so washed out in 2k21.

How did you get closeups of the player faces in the player edit screen? Mine is always showing full body.

I see no upgrade in graphics quality or features at all. Looks identical the same. Was this rendered in a modern graphics card that could show the differences? Only part I see is it looks like they got some better graphic artists who fixed the inaccuracies on some people's faces. But this has nothing to do with upgraded graphical quality. Like did you use an Xbox series x or a Nvidia 3000 series GPU?

Edit roster, then accessories. And no, it’s tied to a roster so you would have to load that roster every time. So offline modes only like mynba, etc

they are preparing to downgrade 2k graphics again in preparation to the ps6. look at nba 2k14's graphics, then look at 2k16-2k20. 2k14 is looking so realistic. like 2k21 next gen. then they are toning it down to 2k22 same thing happens. why? so that they can prolong 2k without changing much. even if they can. why would they give you a freakin realistic lookin game next year if they can grab money until the next gen console came. I love nba2k but this is unacceptable. They need a competition.
