@@jakewilson7728 Muggsy Bogues had a 44" vertical. Dunking isn't only about how tall you are, but its about how high you can jump. Many athletes back then literally said that Muggsy could dunk but his hands were to short to get a good grip on the ball. I think it was Clyde Drexler who said that, idk.. But anyways like I said dunking also relies in how high you can jump. For example, Iverson. He's listed at 6ft but was probably an inch or two shorter and he was able to dunk like crazy. He was supposed to be in the dunk contest in 1997 but got injured so he couldnt participate. Also Nate Robinson (5'9), Spud Webb (5'7) etc. never relied on height but instead their vertical leap/athleticism. No bs, just fax..

My dad knew mugsy personally believe it or not. He used to show up to all his games whenever he played in Philly since we live in PA. But yes he said Mugsy could dunk and could definitely dunk with a volleyball which is astonishing at 5’3”.
