Excellent information. If we were living and eating the way the Creator intended us to, we'd have none of these problems. Because we're in a fallen state in a fallen world, we are dealing with a lot of other things that are against us and our well-being. Thank you Doc Jones.

Agree with you. One of the best things I did was quit ALL social media in 2020. All of it. Obviously I am still on YT. No FB, no instagram, no twitter, no gab, nothing. One thing I found, if I MUST be on screen, is to use "blue blocker" lenses. You can get them in "readers," with no magnification, or as clip ons. I highly recommend them.

I got sick in January after spending several days with family members who were jabbed and boosted. I struggled to get well, and every time I began to improve I came down with something else. The worst part was the persistent brain fog. Finally shook it with a month of Ivəŕmėćṭïn from full moon to full moon and daily nattokinase. I feel much better now and finally got well. Even helped clear up most of my seasonal allergies! I'll try some of these herbs as well. Thanks, Doc Jones!

I read sage slows down acetylcholine metabolism, and thus keeps the levels high, which keeps memory good. Everyone should know of this for their parents / grandparents. I've personally had gr8 results with brain fog with Lions Mane mushroom extract. I agree that diet, sunshine, exercise, sleep are the major player as always. Oh, and high quality H20 - like an in home RO system (they make some countertop ones now). Chinese Skullcap never hurts.

I found that taking creatine increased my mental alertness. The downfall is after taking it every day for 1 week, the water retention it does, creates a sinus buildup that causes unsteadiness. I recently changed my meals to the diet i grew up on, meat with fresh herb seasoning and vegetables or salad depending on the season. This has made me feel better, sleep better and have more energy.

What if you can't sleep? Fitfully, I mean. It takes me hours to fall asleep at night and any noise besides white, wakes me fully. I'm just falling asleep and my wife starts snoring and my eyes snap open like a cartoon window shade. Now it's another few hours before I can go to sleep again. The odd thing is, I can fall asleep during the day with gravel trucks driving through a nitroglycerin plant, just not at night. It's like I'm programmed to sleep during the day and be awake at night. The same thing with my vision. I honestly believe I can see better at night than I can during the day. I also feel more calm and comfortable when I'm under the stars. Weird, huh?

QUESTION::::: Have you done a video to remove the white strings in the veins that have "suddenly" appeared? More and more morticians are coming forward with this information. Dr John Campbell has several videos on it - one recently showed physical evidence. Is there a way you could do a video in code so to speak with the solution to get rid of these things that wouldn't get you banned from KZread???
